You’re already a high-achiever, which is all I work with. My gift, talent, & strength is getting you to perform at your absolute best, in your peak state, enabling you to achieve your goals with higher results and better outcomes.

I do this by first learning about you and how you perform at your best, while immediately building systems and structured frameworks for you to obtain better results on a more consistent basis.

With you performing at your best, while using the system I’ll outline below, you’ll DO more and ACHIEVE more. This turns you into a well-oiled machine where we eventually can insert any goal into our system together and enjoy greater success achieving your goals, irrespective of the goal size.

We will immediately jump into learning and training you on the OKR methodology, which is broken down here in high level form...

We will take your goal (objective) and break it down into measurable & quantifiable metrics (key results), which are then broken down into consistent deliverables (key actions).

This methodology was popularized by Google & Uber execs who found that 3 goals per quarter is the most effective, so we work in quarterly blocks, with 30-min meetings once per week to keep a regular cadence of momentum and accountability. You’ll also have access to me 24/7.

This is performed all while using the 4-Phase Momentum cycle, where we…

  1. Assess

    First we set a baseline and ASSESS where you are.

  2. Habituate

    First we set a baseline and ASSESS where you are. After this, while you’re training,  we focus on consistency/accountability with your HABITUATION.

  3. Grow

    Then, we GROW it to overcome challenges/obstacles and introduce optimizations.

  4. Celebrate / Pivot

    Finally we reassess to double down on what’s working (while CELEBRATING the small wins along the way) and PIVOT away from what’s not working. 

    We move through this 4-phase momentum cycle with each of your goals, very often.

To summarize...

You have a lot of goals and ideas. You’re a high-achiever so you already have a strong WHY that already motivates you to have the drive and passion that you do. You wouldn’t be in the position you’re in if you didn’t. 

Therefore, what matters most is the HOW, not the WHAT (goal). That’s where I come in, to help you consistently execute at your absolute best at all times, with a proven model for all of your goals, not just some of them.
